I can’t down load the manual.

Having  trouble with opening and printing your manual?
Every time that happens it means that you are not opening it with the newest Adobe Reader.
    Trash the adobe reader you have on your computer.  
    Then empty the trash.  
    Then download the newest reader -
To do so - please click below:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
When you have the newest adobe reader -
    open it -
    then open the file from the NEW adobe reader.
 Once you do that you will see that the FILE IS INDEED A PDF FILE & WORKS PERFECTLY.
